Born and raised in central Ohio, Mark Dandrea understands
what life is like here. He knows about the interesting mix
of urban/suburban /rural neighborhoods, the plethora of
restaurants, the school systems, the Zone 5 gardening opportunities,
the service-based economy, the many leisure-time activities,
the politics, and, of course, the sports. A dyed-in-the-wool
Buckeye fan, he bleeds (as they say) scarlet and gray. One
of his fondest childhood memories is of the 1968 championship
football team, and he proudly cheered the Buckeyes on to
their title quest in 2002.
His enthusiasm for all things
Ohio State extends to his enthusiasm for central Ohio as
a place to live. "My youth was idyllic," he says,
"the perfect childhood. I wish everybody could have
the same sort of life I did." To Mark, "the perfect
childhood" means a warm, loving family; a household
full of life and laughter; and a house in a neighborhood
of friendly people. With his wife and children, Mark has
recaptured the joy of his own upbringing. With his clients,
Mark Dandrea is dedicated to helping them achieve their
own ideals.
Mark is also a firm believer
in working hard. Whether it's helping out at his children's
school, volunteering for church activities, or managing
his business, Mark Dandrea is committed before, during,
and after to doing the best possible job. He prepares thoroughly,
performs diligently, and then follows up to ensure satisfactory
results.
"If it's important to
the people I love, it's important
to me."
Mark's wife, Erin, and daughter,
Arden, are avid horsewomen. Though Mark himself is "allergic
to everything in the barn," he loves spending time
with Erin and Arden and their horses.
Mark's son, Garrett, shares
his father's love of sports. Mark played professional-quality
golf in his early twenties-briefly considering it as a career-and
attended the first-ever Memorial Tournament. Now, Mark takes
Garrett golfing with him whenever he can. Father and son
also enjoy tossing a football around in the backyard, and
Garrett helps Mark restore his treasured vintage automobiles.
"Doing what I love with
people who matter most to me is my idea of 'The Good Life.'"
"What I love about my
job is helping people to
get what they want-making the numbers work, finding the
answers, getting them where they want to be."

Mark's work philosophy centers
around his facination with numbers. As Mark says, "Numbers
don't lie. I love working through the figures, creating
charts and making the calculations that let me help my clients
accomplish their goals." Mark has a sincere desire
to help his clients -on their terms. A recent client said,
"Mark's first question to us was, 'What do YOU want
to get out of this?' Nobody had ever asked us that before!"
